About Us:

At Trent & Vale Education, we believe education should be about more than what happens in a classroom.

We take a creative, individualised approach to learning, recognising that young people develop in different ways and that there is no single approach that works for everyone. Our aim is to create opportunities for young people to learn, grow and succeed through experiences that are meaningful to them.

Academic development is an important part of what we do, but it is only one part of the picture. We also focus on social development, confidence, independence, communication, resilience and the practical skills young people need to navigate life beyond education.

We believe learning can happen in many different environments and through many different experiences. Sometimes that means traditional academic support; sometimes it means learning through practical activities, real-world experiences, creativity, conversation, problem-solving or simply finding a different way to engage a young person.

Our approach is built around the individual. We take the time to understand their strengths, interests, needs and aspirations, then develop support that reflects who they are and how they learn best.
