Holiday Learning & Support
Making the most of the school holidays
School holidays can be an important opportunity for young people to continue learning, build confidence and develop skills, without the structure and pressures of the school timetable.
At Trent & Vale Education, we offer flexible holiday learning and support designed around each young person. Whether they need to consolidate their learning, prepare for the next academic year, work towards a qualification or simply benefit from meaningful activities and experiences, we can create an approach that works for them.
Holiday support can include:
Academic catch-up and consolidation
GCSE and Functional Skills preparation
Revision and study skills
Confidence and motivation
Mentoring and personal development
Outdoor and practical learning
Preparing for the next school year
Learning through individual interests and experiences
Sessions can take place at home, online, outdoors or in the community, with the approach adapted around the young person's needs, interests and goals.
Learning doesn't have to look like school
We believe the holidays can be an opportunity to explore different ways of learning. For some young people, that might mean focused academic sessions. For others, learning through practical activities, their interests or the world around them may be a more effective way to engage.
Whether you are looking for a few sessions during the holidays or a more structured programme, we'll work with you to create support that feels right for your young person.
Holiday support available throughout school holidays.
